AEM's Immediate Needs:

✺12 year-old company has $58 million in PO's, all with CARB CORE vouchers awarded.

✺Serving the largest national food distributors in CA as our beach head.

✺The vouchers give AEM two years to deliver on all current POs.

✺AEM wants to deliver on 100% of their orders, and keep momentum flowing.

✺We earn ample transferable tax credits every time we deliver.

✺AEM needs help expanding, and fast: Funding inventory, assembly yards, techs.

✺The company would also like to refinance $500K of expensive MCA debt.
