AEM.GREEN Launches Revolutionary SolarTechTRU, the World's First All-Electric Power System for TRUs That Achieves Zero Emissions for California Air Resources Board (CARB)

Mesa, Arizona - AEM.GREEN, an innovative R&D and manufacturing organization, launched its SolarTechTRU in 2012, the world's first solar, all-electric power system for TRUs that achieves zero emissions for the California Air Resources Board (CARB). AEM can now tout its actual viability with over one million miles of performance data behind it.

SolarTechTRU has been tested and proven on-the road by major brands in the industry such as UNIFI (Whole Foods), Safeway, Albertsons, PLM, and Performance Food Group. It is helping California achieve zero emissions and is a viable replacement for diesel-powered transportation refrigeration units (TRUs). CARB's CORE program is offering over one hundred million dollars in vouchers as an incentive for businesses with fleets of refrigerated trucks touching ground in California to convert their diesel TRUs to AEM's SolarTechTRU.

SolarTechTRU is the only clean solution for refrigerated truck trailers that can go the distance on solar, all-electric, and low voltage power. It runs on a proprietary power system that can last up to 32 hours in the worst conditions and functions on low voltage DC battery power. It is also zero maintenance, eliminating the risks associated with ARC flash electrocutions. This also helps its customers earn ESG and WAIRE credits, year-after-year.

We are thrilled to have created the SolarTechTRU, the world's first solar, all-electric power system for TRUs that achieves zero emissions for Californians, and beyond. Our revolutionary technology finally ends the cold-chain industry's reliance on diesel fuel and its associated toxic air pollution. We are proud to offer a clean technology option that is reliable, sustainable, safer than diesel TRUs, and cost-effective for cold chain fleets. The SolarTechTRU is setting a standard for zero emissions TRUs that others will try to reach. Going green does not mean you have to go broke.

-- Robert Koelsch, CEO AEM.green

SolarTechTRU's proprietary, protected, and breakthrough technology is American engineered and American made, offering businesses a reliable and sustainable alternative to diesel-powered TRUs that has been proven to eliminate range anxiety. With SolarTechTRU, businesses can remove their reliance on the grid, eliminate their need for diesel fuel, thus also eliminating tons of toxic carbons from the air.
